You can, as a client, receive a full or partial refund for your purchase amount after a full review from the Executive Settlement Committee by contacting Michigan Secure directly via telephonic transaction or email methodology by providing proof of purchase and proof of non-receipt of any or all Michigan Secure products or services. Prices for products, services, or website content may change at any time, so continue monitoring any emails or communication from Michigan Secure to create awareness about any of these costs or price variations. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your products or services for login capability or any website content, your exclusive and sole remedy is either recovery or replacement of your products or services, username or password, foregoing access to the Michigan Secure products or services or website content and then contacting Michigan Secure direct for a refund of the price paid, as determined by Michigan Secure’s static pricing page and approval from Michigan Secure’s Executive Settlement Committee. From time to time, Michigan Secure may refuse a refund request if Michigan Secure finds evidence of fraud, refund abuse, purchase method abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Michigan Secure to a corresponding counterclaim. At all times during and after the purchase of Michigan Secure products and services or website content, you are responsible for any fees for processing or applicable taxes, and these costs are inherent to you, the customer/client, and not the responsibility of Michigan Secure. All fees and taxes will be combined with the original costs for any Michigan Secure products or services, website content, or all services at the time of purchase, throughout the purchase transaction, and will populate the shopping cart or payment page and then must be agreed upon prior to the execution of all purchase transactions. If you do not agree to pay these fees and applicable taxes, then you may decline the purchase or receipt of all Michigan Secure products or services, access or the delivery of any website content from Michigan Secure, and your purchase method will not be charged or recorded during the entry of personal information.
